SMOKING
For the sake of safety and comfort of sightseeing, a total ban on smoking is imposed in the Saltworks Castle.
ANIMALS
No animals, except guide dogs, can be taken to the Saltworks Castle.
CAR PARK
The car parks closest to the Castle are arranged along the streets in selected areas of the Paid Parking Zone. Large car parks are located near the Salt Mine.
DISABLED PEOPLE
The courtyard features a model of the Castle made from bronze with descriptions in Braille, available to all visitors.

TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS
Visitors can take photographs both of the courtyard and interiors of the Castle free of charge but without using flash units.

Free Internet connection is available in the courtyard of Saltworks Castle.
MEALS
The Saltworks Castle houses the Zamkowa coffee shop in its northern section and the Królewska (Royal) restaurant, serving dishes of Polish cuisine, in its southern section.

Please book your guide at least one week in advance of the planned date of sightseeing at: 12 278 58 49. Your group can include up to 35 people.
TOILETS
Toilets for people visiting the Castle exhibition are available at the lowest level of the building.
TICKETS
A ticket to the Saltworks Castle includes temporary and permanent exhibitions, including a collection of salt cellars, considered the most valuable in the world.
