For the price of one ticket You may visit

TOURIST ROUTE level 1 – 3, length of route: 2.5 km, estimated sightseeing time: 1.5 hours
Break: approx. 10-20 minutes
MUSEUM ROUTE level III, length of route: 1.5 km, estimated sightseeing time 1 hour

Reduced tickets

Reduced tickets are available for children over 4 years of age, pupils and students up to 26 years of age upon presenting a valid school ID.

Entrance is free of charge for children up to four years of age.

Family visits are available for families of 2 adults and 2 children between 4 – 16 years of age.
Touring the mine by organised groups with a guide requires earlier booking. Organised groups are eligible for a 10% discount on standard and discount tickets. A fee for the guide service is included in the price of the tour.

Group tourists are individuals purchasing an entrance ticket and a guide service.

After purchasing guide service, a Polish or a foreign language guide is assigned to the group; the guide remains at the group’s disposal. A group cannot be greater than 35 people. In case there are more people, it is necessary to purchase additional guide services and divide the group into two smaller groups.

After completing the Tourist Route and a short break, the dispatcher directs the groups to the Museum Route. The same ticket used for the Tourist Route is valid for the Museum Route.
Reduced tickets are available for children over 4 years of age, pupils and students up to 26 years of age upon presenting a valid school ID.

Free of charge visits at the mine are allowed for: children up to 4 years of age, organised group leader or supervisor.
