The report shows in detail the image of the mine from the mid-nineteenth century, just before Galician autonomy. The description of the descent to the mine underground with a rope and horse treadmill is impressive. The mine appears as the mystical kingdom of darkness, the lake on which it flows is called hellish, and its waters are compared to the Styx River. The text contains valuable descriptions of the mine equipment and equipment, as well as the people working there, constituting significant cognitive material from the 19th-century mine in Wieliczka.
John Ross Browne - writer, journalist, government official, US president's plenipotentiary, minister for a while in China, a man who has traveled almost all over the world in his life - sending correspondence from every place he finds himself. He was also great as a cartoonist - his sketches of Indian battles have gone down in history in the US - where his work is also considered a source of inspiration for Mark Twain. J.
