The Saltworks Castle is located close to the Salt Mine. Access from the Daniłowicz Shaft leads along a walking path and takes about 5 minutes, while from the Regis shaft side it passes the Church of St. Clement and takes about 2 minutes.

By suburban train from the Main Railway Station in Krakow. Get off at the Wieliczka Rynek-Kopalnia stop.
By bus line 304, from the Dworzec Główny Zachód stop (near Galeria Krakowska, Kurniki street), get off at the Wieliczka Salt Mine stop.

The Saltworks Castle is located between the Regis and Daniłowicz shafts. Access from the Daniłowicz Shaft leads through the park area, and from the Regis Shaft through the passage near the church of Clement.
For cyclists
Cyclists visiting the Castle are provided with: safe free bicycle parking with luggage during the tour. Free of charge tools for basic bicycle repairs: a set of wrenches, allen and screwdrivers, a wrench for tightening the pedals, a chain breaker, a wrench for tightening the spokes, levers for removing tires, a chain breaker, patches and glue for inner tubes, floor pump and up-to-date information about nearby service points.

Box offices are located in the building on the Castle Garden, there is also a museum shop.
